Welcome to the Green Days Villa in SEPTMONTS which can accommodate up to 15 people Large 300 m² house on a 3500 m² plot. Everything is planned to accommodate you in a warm and secure setting. With: - Indoor pool heated all year round - Jacuzzi for 4 people - Outdoor playground - Indoor game room The grounds are completely enclosed. High chairs and children's beds are available on site. Parties and/or events are not allowed The space Relax in this spacious 300 m² (3,229 sq ft) residence designed to accommodate up to 15 people on a 3,500 m² (37,600 sq ft) enclosed property. Your comfort is our priority: the beds are made upon your arrival, and bath towels are provided (please remember to bring your own towels for the pool). Wellness Amenities: • Indoor pool heated all year round • Jacuzzi for 4 people • Sauna Living and entertainment spaces: • Cozy living room with TV (Netflix, Disney+), Nintendo Switch (4 controllers, Mario Kart), and a wood-burning stove. • Indoor games room and outdoor play area. • Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (NESPRESSO capsules), ice maker, beer tap (Beertender), and raclette machines. Layout of the 7 bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (160x200) • Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) • Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 crib • Bedrooms 4, 5, 6, 7: 2 single beds each (90 x 200) The villa also has 3 bathrooms, as well as high chairs and cots for children. Access to the cottage until 5PM on Sundays - at no extra charge For one-night bookings, we require the addition of the late check-out and/or early check-in option at €300 each Guest access 100% privatized property You have access to the whole property. Possibility of accommodating people with disabilities with the installation of a bedroom on the ground floor. (Notify us beforehand for preparation) Other things to note Welcome to a Green Days Villas! Green Days Villas is a professional group, specializing in cottages for 15 + people. Located between Paris (- 2 hours) and Brussels (- 3 hours), all our houses are only dedicated to vacation rental and fully privatized. Feel free to take a look at our profile . Equipped and decorated, our villas are perfectly suited for stays with friends or families and seminars. We offer late checkout (until 5pm), Sunday evening and holidays We charge a transparent pricing, everything is indicated as soon as the reservation is booked and no payment will be requested on site. We can provide you on request: invoice, proforma, chorus... Parties and/or events are not allowed - Check in starts at 5 pm - Check-out is no later than 10 am on weekdays and 5 pm on Sundays. - Ability to make early arrivals from 9am. This is only possible on Tuesdays Thursday and Friday with a surcharge of €200. - or late checkouts until 5pm. This is only possible on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for an additional €300 (for Sundays, late check-out is free) - Overnight stays can only be booked with an early check-in and/or late check-out option. We ask that you maintain a reasonable noise level during your stay. - Quiet hours: Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, to minimize noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. - Outside you can enjoy the garden and pool, but it is strictly forbidden to put on music day or night. - A noise sensor as well as a sound meter are installed in the house to prevent any problems.
