Located between Paris (less than 2 hours) and Brussels (less than 3 hours), all our houses are exclusively dedicated to seasonal rental and fully privatized. Feel free to check out our profile. Equipped and decorated, our villas are perfectly suited for stays with friends or family and seminars. We offer late checkout (until 5pm), Sunday evenings and public holidays We practice transparent pricing, everything is indicated from the time of booking and no payment will be requested on site. We can provide you with: invoice, proforma, chorus... Parties and/or events not allowed - Check-ins start at 5pm - Checkouts are at 10 a.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. - Possibility of early check-in from 9am. This is only possible on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with an extra €200. - or late checkout until 5pm. This is only possible on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with an extra €200 (for Sunday late checkout is free) - Overnight stays can only be booked with an early check-in and/or late check-out option. We ask that you maintain a reasonable level of noise during your stay. - Quiet hours: Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, to minimize noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. - Outside you can enjoy the garden and pool, but it is strictly forbidden to play music day or night. - A noise sensor and sound level meter are installed in the house to prevent any problems.
