The space The house has 4 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, equipped with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, totaling 12 beds. You'll find a living room, a family room with a 70-inch TV, and an outdoor room. The indoor dining room seats 10 people, and outside there are two dining rooms (one under the roof and one in the pergola) that can accommodate 6 and 8 people each. The pool is perfect for all ages, with a maximum depth of 1.70 m, 1.30 m in the lower part, and a 25 cm lizard pool ideal for the little ones. In addition, the poolside bar has a 65-inch FHD TV for you to enjoy your favorite games while cooling off. The parking lot, inside the property, accommodates 4 vehicles (2 large and 2 small). We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi with Starlink so you're always connected. Everything you need to make the most of your stay! Guest access For an additional cost, we offer cleaning and kitchen assistance services for your accommodation, ensuring an even more comfortable stay. Our goal is for you to enjoy and appreciate every moment of your experience in our exclusive coastal villa. Other things to note The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 14 people, including children over 2 years of age. If you want to add more people, up to a maximum of 18, the additional cost per night is $40 per person, with the same conditions as the accommodation. During your stay, only previously registered people are allowed. Your safety is our priority! Please, when entering and leaving your accommodation, be careful with the ceramic stairs leading to the second floor. We recommend carrying your bags with care to ensure a safe and pleasant stay. Also, remember that in indoor spaces, such as the living room, family room, and dining room, it's important to avoid entering if you're wet after the pool. For that, we have the outdoor living room and dining room. The condominium administration requires you to complete a form before your arrival. We'll send you one where you'll need to provide your personal information and vehicle license plate. Please fill it out before your arrival to avoid any inconvenience upon check-in.
