Playa Azul Retreat

Nestled on the hillside above Playa Azul, this open and spacious condo features all the basic amenities of a home, along with a nature view terrace and pool. Open up to enjoy the ocean breeze, or use the AC and ceiling fans on warmer days. Playa Azul is a few minutes walk down the hill. We often have the entire beach to ourselves. Marbella and San Juanillo beaches are ten minutes away. This part of Guanacaste is very peaceful. The space Our space was completely remodeled in 2024. New floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, and LED lighting. Brand new furniture from Na Lakalu and Casa y Mas. New Jiron mattresses. Samsung oven/stove and dishwasher. New 58" 4K TV with Roku streaming. Guest access Guests have access to everything except the owners' shelves. Other things to note Wifi speed is around 95 Mbps. We have a battery backup (2-3 hrs) if the power drops out temporarily.
