Villa Damt is located in Las Chapas, less than five minutes’ walk from the delightful tranquility of Playa de las Cañas, with its golden sands and popular Chiringuitos. This spacious villa sprawls over two stories and is topped with a delightful roof terrace – the perfect setting to enjoy a drink and watch the sun dip into the Mediterranean after a hard day’s relaxing beside the pool, or basking on the beach. The space Villa Damt comprises four generously-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a large free-standing bath, double shower, and is delightfully bedecked with top quality facilities, representative of the last word in bathroom luxury! There are two additional gloriously designed and specified bathrooms, each also benefitting form a free-standing bath. The living area comprises a spacious kitchen equipped top-brand appliances, and has a separate dining and living area, both of which are beautifully furnished, representing the highest echelon of luxury living. Beyond the living area, French windows lead to the capacious and fastidiously-maintained lawned area and outside living space, endowed with luxurious poolside sunbeds and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with rustic-styled furniture for alfresco dining. In addition to this, just outside the living room, and accessed through French windows, there is a sumptuous, shaded soft-furnished area close to the pool – perfect for that post cooldown dip glass of fizz! The villa is located in a quiet, secure yet accessible location, and has ample parking and storage areas. Villa Damt is a genuine seaside gem, delightfully secluded yet with easy access to the A7, supermarkets, all retail facilities, and close to Marbella with its enchanting old town. Please understand we do not live at the property, therefore it is important to arrive at the agreed time. In case of any delays, ( flight delays, traffic or any kind of situations) you have to inform us. There is 30minutes grace period. After that, at the start of every 30min interval incurs to a fee 20Euros payable in CASH on arrival. Refusal of payment may be a subject to a booking cancellation with no refund. On arrival, all guests must register by providing the data required by the government and showing passport or national ID. Cleaning fees correspond to final cleaning. Service of change of linen and cleaning are subject to extra fee.
