Modern Downtown Studio

The best thing about this studio, is the location. When visiting Anchorage, it just does not get much better than this. A king sized bed, a nice big shower, a room darkening blind, a nice size flat screen smart TV, Wifi, and a well equipped kitchen. It is just the perfect size for two people. The building is secure, and very quiet. Sorry, there are no pets (please don’t ask, that just makes it weird) and quiet time is pretty important to the neighbors, but everybody gets a good night's sleep. The space Our lovely old secure building is mostly occupied by owners who have lived in the building for many years. We respectfully request that our guests do not allow people to piggyback into the building who do not have the code. The vestibule locks at 5:00PM and the building is occupied by people who enjoy quiet time after 8:00 PM, so we are not really a place for people who enjoy hosting parties. We are more about a peaceful, quiet and safe environment for everybody in our building. This condo does not have a parking space. Guest access There is a coin operated laundry facility downstairs on floor 1. While there is not a machine to purchase laundry soap down in the laundry room, sometimes a prior guest leaves laundry detergent behind, so there might just be some in the unit. We ask our maid to leave usable things for guests in the unit, to share with new guests. Otherwise, the Hilton gift shop sometimes sells laundry pods. Other things to note We know that when you are traveling from a country with 220v power, your electric appliances might not work. So, inside the unit, there is an iron for your clothes. We also supply a hair dryer, a flat iron and a curling iron for your convenience. I also keep a basket of emergency personal hygiene products, some are just things that others have left behind, like shampoo and conditioner. When guests leave handy items, we like to leave them for your convenience. Parking: We do NOT have a parking space. The building is on central heat, no unit has control. Please bring your warmies so you are comfortable inside the condo.
