BETHANY MEADOWS- DREAMS BY THE SEA Bring only your relaxing mindset to this spacious and serene retreat. Enjoy your memorable vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in quiet Bethany Meadows. This condo is great for families or couples and comfortably sleeps 6. The house is approx 2.5 miles from the shops and boardwalk of Bethany Beach. You are also very close to South Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park. It's our home away from home that we would love to share with you. The space You’ll love this second floor condo with one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and a converted sunroom with two twin beds. Enjoy all the amenities the community has to offer as well to include a large community pool and tennis/pickleball courts and walking trails. Guest access You’ll have full access to the house as well as all amenities (pool and tennis/pickleball courts) in the community. Other things to note 1. The home will include pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. Towels will also be provided but guests should bring their own beach towels and blankets. 2. When you arrive, please find the Wifi access code on a fridge magnet for your convenience. 3. You should have peace of mind during your stay as we have a cleaning crew that cleans and disinfects surfaces using approved products. This includes countertops, doorknobs, light switches and remote controls. 4. Paper/plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, 13 gallon trash bags, 4 gallon recycling bags) and soaps (hand, dish, body & laundry) will be provided as starter items and there may also might be left over from previous guests. 5. Please use aerosol sunscreens outside and away from the house. 6. Cable TV is not included. WiFi is available for streaming your subscriptions. 7. The house is not child proofed. Please monitor children during the stay. 8. Extra pillows and comforters are in the closets if needed. 9. There are boogie boards in the storage closet in the sunroom if you wish to use. 10. There are four beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and pickle ball rackets for your enjoyment to use during your stay.
