The space is easily accessible via Ola, Uber, Rapido. If you are taking public transport, Royal Meenakshi mall and Bannerghatta road are the nearest bus stops. For food Zomato/Swiggy delivery is available in this location. The space Its a 1.bedroom house with kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and induction stove for cooking. Bedroom has queen size bed and living room has a sofa cum bed. There is a fridge and a work table/chair. There is washing machine and drying strings. There is one bathroom and it is attached to the bedroom and has got geyser. Kitchen has a water purifier. If any additional utensils required for kitchen, it can be provided based on availability. Please keep the house clean. Daily cleaning is not provided, Weekly cleaning is provided as complementary for long term bookings. Please be polite to our cleaning staff and communication staff. Its in residential area and sometimes issues may happen (related to water, electricity or Wi-Fi) and we will try to rectify them ASAP. Guest need to be patient and polite. We will be always on our toes to give the best service to our guests. Note: TV is smart TV with You tube. Please use your own accounts for prime, Netflix and logout before checking out. Covered parking is not there, only street parking is there. Guest access Guests will have access to common areas and terrace. However please do not disturb other neighbors/guests. No Alcohol, no Smoking, we will not entertain any guest without Valid Govt ID's (PAN is not allowed), in which age should be clear, guest Should be of 21+ age, Female guest should also be of 21+ age, ID's of Female Guest Should be shown & Xerox copies should be deposited at the time of Check In, No Loud Sounds, music, Fights, Liquor Consumption, Marijuana, Drugs, etc.. are Strictly not allowed. No parties are allowed without Prior Permission. 24×7 Electricity is not provided. electricity is totally provided via Government line for back up there is generator set by which only Fans and lights will Work, any kind of heavy electricity appliance will not work on that. Any damage to property should be reimbursed immediately, before Check in please check each and everything is in working condition or not.
