It has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2 each), easily accommodating up to four people (an additional charge of $15.00 per night applies for each additional person over four). Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and pillows are also included. The kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, pots, and a table. The bathroom has a shower, hot water, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Amenities include a smart TV and RoKu system, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, a smoke detector, and a locker closet. Private parking is available in front of our facilities. One parking space is available per apartment. Guest access The common areas of the Boulevard Building offer our guests spacious, well-lit, and comfortable stairs to access all apartments. In addition, each apartment has its own dedicated service center. Other things to note Internet service is provided as a courtesy, subject to availability from the utility company. Our facilities are connected to and depend exclusively on public service for electricity, water, and sewage services in Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized with the guest's acknowledgement and understanding of this condition.
