The space The gîte offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with a living area, a sitting room and an equipped kitchen. - Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area and office, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190) that can be connected, a bathroom with toilet. - Outside: a private garden at the gable of the house, a private parking space on the property. Large garden shared with the owners, with a BBQ area. The accommodation is adjoining the owners' home. They have a dog and two cats, so your pets are welcome! As there is no washing machine, the owner offers a (free) laundry service from Monday to Thursday. Possibility of piano lessons, sophrology, and a magnetism session given by the owners. No check-in on Saturdays. House under construction near the cottage. This vacation rental is ideally located 700 m from Lac au Duc, one of the largest bodies of water in Brittany.
