Ideal for a single person / couple. Apologise that pets or young kids are not allowed due to prior experience and damage. The maximum capacity is 2 people. Any extra guest will be charged HKD700 per person/day. The space Bright flat with garden and cozy interior. Enjoy peaceful surroundings, hiking trails, beaches, and a friendly community with easy ferry access to Central (25 mins). Guest access Full access to the Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom and garden. Storage rooms are not allowed to be accessed. Other things to note No party, smoking, or pet is allowed. Please respect the neighbours and be quiet in the back yard and terrace area. There is a camera for security reason in the lobby, monitoring the front door area. The camera does not monitor the inside of the flat. Please don’t wear outside shoes inside and store bikes in the bike parking outside the building.
