Empower Field Walk to Broncos Games

Come stay in a private, secure, separate guest house (you won’t be in a basement!) located in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood. Walk 3 blocks to Empower Field. 👩🏽‍🍳 Kitchenette for you to prepare basic meals 🏈 Empower Field is .2 miles 🐟 Downtown Aquarium is .9 miles 🏀 Ball Arena is 1.6 miles 🚂 Union Station 2.1 miles 🏛 Convention Center is 2.3 miles 🚲 Lime bikes and scooters in area 🚌 One block off bus route 🎼 Red Rocks 20 minute drive The space Roughly 400 sq feet of living space is divided up between 2 floors. Main floor has sofa, Smart TV with YouTubeTV access, kitchenette and 2 bar stools. Second floor has queen bed and bathroom with shower. Yard is gated with illuminated walking path to guest house in rear of the property. Great location for football fans heading to a game at Empower Field, walk there and back with ease. If you're coming to a Nuggets / Avs game at Ball arena it's a 1.6 mile walk or a quick drive. Parking for the guest house is on the street, and there are some watch-outs to be mindful of to avoid parking tickets and/or a car being towed: 1. Days when there are events at Empower Field / Mile High Stadium. There are a few spots available to park in and they tend to fill up early in the morning. It's best to grab a spot by 8am or even the night before. 2. From April - November on the 3rd Tuesday and Wednesday of the month the City of Denver performs street sweeping. On these days parking is available, but you'll need to be mindful of which side of the street you park on. I'll help guide you with the parking situation, and am happy to answer any questions or concerns. Low Ceilings: The ceilings are about 7' on the main floor and angled on the 2nd floor, there's potential to hit your head if you're on the tall side. Stairs: There are stairs both leading up to the guest home and inside. Heating & Cooling: The guest house temperature is controlled via electric heaters in the fall and winter months, and an evaporative cooler in the spring and summer months. Because the guest home has limited storage, it can only accommodate 1 person for stays of 28+ days. If you’re interested in staying dates that aren’t showing as available on the calendar, please reach out. Guest access You'll access the guest house through a shared back yard. The guest house itself is a separate structure, you'll have it all to yourself. Other things to note Please be respectful of neighbors and the community. We require our guests to abide by the following rules: * Ideal check-in time range is 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, but arriving later is fine, please just let us know so we can be available in the event there are any issues. * Check out 10:00 AM * No smoking in or on the property * No pets - Due to extreme allergies of the host, no pets of any kind will be allowed in or on the property. * Quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM. We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask you respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
