Located in the heart of a hamlet, in the countryside and a few kilometers from the Emerald Coast, this charming newly renovated house welcomes you all year round with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. The space The fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Senseo, kettle, oven and microwave) opens onto the living room and its wood-burning stove. Three bedrooms distributed as follows: A first bedroom on the ground floor (160 bed) with large dressing room. Upstairs, large bedroom (160 bed) with double openings and small bedroom (2 beds of 90). Bathroom, walk-in shower on the ground floor. Quiet garden, large terrace with garden furniture and sheltered summer kitchen (barbecue, plancha). Sand ball court. The summer kitchen has a toilet separate from the house. - Linens and towels included. - Washing machine available in the back kitchen. - A baby bed can be provided, as well as a high chair. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors, beds made, as well as towels. Guest access We like to welcome guests ourselves, and give a quick description of the accommodation. Exceptionally in case of absence the accommodation has a key box.
