This is a small private room in a newly renovated Basement. Location is a 8 minute walk to downtown, greenway trail system, shuttle bus to UND hockey game, or a short drive to UND. Along with the private room, you will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. Off street parking has plug ins available for engine heaters. Unit has ceiling heights of 6ft. 2 inches. Off street parking is first come first serve. Free on street parking is also available The space Being in the basement lends very well to providing a quiet environment for sleeping or studying. The Private bedroom is a small room which is 7ft by 10ft. The room contains a full size bed with a small hanging rack/ shelf. Guest access you have access to living room, Full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, Outside patio/Lawn (summer) During your stay I am in and out of the house quite a bit. Guests will be able to access the property with use of a keypad lock. I am always available to answer questions in person or by phone.
