Pine Cottage is a secluded studio cabin with a new upstairs sleeping loft with king size bed. Additional features include a full size pull out sofa sleeper, comfy day bed, romantic wood stove (also with supplemental electric heat), kitschy retrofitted 1950's kitchen and full bath with shower & old fashioned soaking tub. Guests have exclusive use of the entire Cottage and exclusive use of the entire 2,000 acre estate. Guests can drive right up to Pine Cottage. Complete privacy during your stay is assured. Your hosts, Andy and Cheryl, live just down the road (but not within sight, so you'll feel totally secluded) and will be available to help with your stay, if desired. You'll have the entire Estate to call your own! Pine Cottage is about 5 minutes drive from the quaint Hamlet of Andes, 10 minutes to Bovina Center and 20 minutes to the Village of Delhi. Although close to bustling towns, you're immediately surrounded by 2,000 acres of complete privacy. Pure air and water with absolutely no noise or light pollution! More than 3 miles of private Olmsted designed internal roads and miles and miles of exclusive hiking trails to enjoy by yourselves. Please be aware that some map apps show different towns where Pine Cottage is located in. Some apps may show the town of Delancey while another may say Delhi. Both will get you there, even though we're actually in the beautiful Town of Bovina!
