Cool house 10 minutes away from Aranjuez

Get away from the routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Located in a private development in Colmenar de Oreja, just 10 minutes from Aranjuez and another ten from Chinchón, this modern house has everything you need to enjoy a season connected to nature with all the comforts that this time offers us. The space The plot is located within the private development. The house is about 50 square meters, with a room with a double bed, another room with a single bed and a double sofa bed that is very easy to unfold. It has a full bathroom, a dining room integrated with the kitchen that has a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven, and microwave oven. Although it has two entrances, it is designed to spend time on the pool side where it has a barbecue and a nice picnic table under an olive tree. The house is equipped with bedding and dishes for 5 people. When booking, don't forget to put exactly how many guests there will be. The space has 3 air conditioners, however during JULY 2023 only 2 will work, which are enough. Likewise, during JULY 2023 the WIFI signal will not be very powerful pending installation by the company. The development has soccer, basketball, paddle tennis, zip lines, picnic areas and a bar, supermarket and grocery store. The nearest town Villaconejos (with more supermarkets, banks and pharmacies) is only 3 km away. ATTENTION: INSIDE THE PLOT THERE IS ANOTHER HOUSE THAT CAN BE SEEN IN THE PHOTOS. YOU RENT HALF OF THE PLOT WITH YOUR HOUSE AND YOUR POOL FOR PRIVATE AND TOTALLY PRIVATE USE, THE ONLY THING THAT IS SHARED IN THE PLOT IS THE ENTRANCE, EVERYTHING ELSE IS PRIVATE. ATTENTION: PEOPLE INTERESTED IN MADRID AND SPAIN IN GENERAL CONTACT FOR A POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT. Guest access The entrance is shared by both houses. Other things to note The house is located in a private and quiet development where the normally established rest schedules must be respected. During the stay, the house and everything you see will be for the exclusive use of the person who rents it, it is not shared. However, it is important to know that you can enter reservations in the booth in front, they are separated by a natural fence, they only share the entrance from the street. All guests staying must have been declared in the Airbnb reservation. Airbnb may cancel the reservation without a refund or penalty. If you omitted a guest, please modify your reservation before arrival. If there is an extra guest, they can come as long as you inform us in advance and respect the schedule of 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm and pay an extra amount for admission to the pool and the place.
