This condo is an end unit which overlooks the Shanty Creek golf course and lake Bellaire. Enjoy modern décor, leather couches, a fully stocked kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water heater, microwave and toaster), all TVs are Amazon Fire so login to your prime account, and you’ll have access to Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ or any other streaming service you subscribe to. Snuggle up next to a wood fireplace (firewood available for purchase at Family Fare or local farms). The space For winter sports, please check directly with the resort regarding available ski times and snow conditions. If pool sports are more your thing, this unit gives you access to a private outdoor pool in summer time, a huge outdoor pool at the Shanty Creek Lodge (also only in summertime), a large indoor pool open year-round at the Lakeview Lodge next to a soothing hot tub with room enough for all! Towels provided at the resort pools (not at the private pool)! Don't feel like smelling like chlorine? Relax at home; the master bedroom has a comfy California king size bed, closet space to hang all your clothes, a full chest of drawers incase you're a heavy packer, and a TV wall-mounted perfectly to allow you to wind down your day, while not being the center point of the room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a bunk above large enough to fit two small children or a teen (we ask that no adult sleeps on the second bunk due to weight limits). This room has ample closet space also and both overhead lighting and ambient lamp lighting for those who like to stay up late and read in bed while the rest head off to dreamland. We stock the bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels (bath, hand and washcloths), shampoo and conditioner, along with body wash and lotion. Additionally we supply you a hair dryer incase you need it and there's plenty of hot water to shower as long as you want :) IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a stationary picnic grill located outside of the front door, so you can bring charcoal etc. and grill to your hearts content. However, other outdoor and portable grills are prohibited to bring to this property. If you violate this rule you will be asked to leave the property forfeiting your entire cost of staying and possibly charged additional fees for any damage or potential damage to the property. This is an extreme fire hazard in which past damage has occurred. Guest access Guest have access to the entire unit Other things to note Don't forget that this condo is located on the only resort in Michigan to have two of its four golf courses featured in the Top 20 Ranked Public Courses! Get there by walking, driving yourself or accessing the resort wide shuttle that will go anywhere, not just the golf courses. Still wanting to go further? Hike along the hundreds of local paths, head to Charlevoix for the best smoked whitefish and watch the boats, drive to Petoskey or Mackinac Island for the history and fudge--let's be honest, mostly the fudge--(both just a short drive/ride away), head to Alden for the spices, or the Sandy Bear Dunes for the adventure; you're going to have fun up north! So whether this is a couples (or two) retreat, a family vacation, a girls/guys golf or winery tour, a hunting trip or just a group of friends wanting to explore the wonderful things Michigan has to offer, you're going to love calling this place home.
