The space Our modern 94m² house 🌟 features a private outdoor area of 50m² facing south 🌞 and three floors: The ground floor includes a fully equipped family kitchen 🧑‍🍳 and a comfortable living room 🛋️ with a reading corner 📚 and a restroom 🚽. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen-size double bed 160200 cm 🛏️, a workspace 💻 with a sofa bed 140200 cm 🛋️, and a shower room 🚿. The second floor offers a cozy sleeping area with two single beds 90*190 cm 🛏️ and a small fitness room 🏋️‍♂️ equipped with dumbbells up to 28 kg per hand, a bench, a resistance band, and a small exercise bike 🚴‍♂️. Children are welcome! 👶 You’ll find a crib 🍼 and a high chair 🪑, as well as books 📖, games 🎲, and toys 🧸 available for use. Guest access Full access to the accommodation, i.e. 94m² interior + private garden/terrace of 50m² 🌳 For your relaxation, access to the free and unlimited Jacuzzi (start in May) 🛀 with reusable bathrobes and flip-flops (option 5€/pers) 🍃, depending on the number of people desired. A local tobacco bar is just 50 meters from the house 📍, and you can drive to the town of Lezoux 🚗 in just 4 minutes to find bakeries 🥖, butchers 🍖, shopping center 🛍️ and much more. The towns of Thiers and Clermont-Ferrand are also just 15-20 minutes away 🚗. Other things to note We kindly ask you to respect our house rules: No parties 🎉 or noise after 10pm 🌙 to maintain the peace of our neighborhood. No smoking 🚭 inside the property (a €100 fine applies for violations, non-negotiable). Before your departure, please gather the used linen at the foot of the bed 🛏️ and dispose of your trash in the recycling bins in front of the property 🗑️ (except glass 🍾, which you should take with you). Empty the dishwasher and clean dishes thoroughly (€20 fee if the dishwasher is not emptied and/or dirty) ⚠️ Attention: A single additional fee of €10 for the entire stay applies only if you require each guest to have their own separate bed, meaning: 2 guests → 2 separate beds 3 guests → 3 separate beds 4 guests → 4 separate beds 👉 This €10 fee is not cumulative: the amount remains the same regardless of the number of separate beds requested.
