It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features a private 50 m² south-facing outdoor area 🌿🌞. 🏠 Perfect for families and also ideal for business travelers 💼. 🏡 The house is spread over three levels: **Ground Floor** 🍽️ Fully equipped family kitchen open to a comfortable living room 🛋️ with a reading corner 📚 and a separate toilet 🚽. **First Floor** 🛏️ Master bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) 💻 Dedicated workspace with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) 🚿 Modern walk-in shower room 🚽 Separate toilet **Second Floor** 🛏️ Cozy sleeping area with two single beds (90x190 cm) 🏋️‍♂️ Small fitness area with dumbbells, weight bench, and exercise bike 🚴‍♂️ 🚽 Separate toilet for added convenience ⭐ Amenities for your comfort: 📶 Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix 📺 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen including: • Dishwasher • Oven • Microwave • Capsule coffee machine ☕ • Raclette and fondue sets 🧀 🧺 Washer-dryer 🛏️ Bed linen, towels, and essential supplies provided: 🍵 Tea, ☕ coffee, spices, and toilet paper 👶 Family-friendly amenities available on request: 👶 Baby cot 🪑 High chair 📚 Children's books 🎲 Games for kids Guest access 🔑 Guests have completely private access to the entire 94 m² house, as well as the private 50 m² garden and terrace 🌿☀️. ♨️ The highlight of the property is the private hot tub, available from May until early January and accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. To preserve the water quality and ensure the hot tub operates correctly, its use is limited to one hour per day. For stays of more than one night, a small amount of daily maintenance will be required: rinsing the filter with a garden hose, using the skimmer net or vacuum if necessary, and keeping the bromine dispenser in the hot tub when it is not in use. All necessary equipment is provided, and the instructions are simple. If the water becomes cloudy or you notice any issue, please contact us promptly and do not add any products yourself. 🛁 Reusable bathrobes and slippers can be provided as an optional extra for €5 per person for the entire stay. 📦 Check-in is self-service from 5:00 p.m., using a secure lockbox. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. Other things to note Please respect the house rules: 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Additional charges of €100 may apply in the event of non-compliance, particularly for extra cleaning and odour treatment. 🔒 For security purposes, an outdoor camera records only the entrance area and the front door. It does not record the interior of the property, the garden or the private terrace. Before departure, please: 🛏️ Place used bed linen at the foot of the beds; 🚮 Empty the bins into the recycling containers located in front of the property; 🍾 Take all glass bottles and containers with you; 🍽️ Empty the dishwasher and leave all dishes clean. An additional charge of €20 may apply if the dishwasher is left full or contains dirty dishes. ⚠️ Preparation of separate beds The price includes preparation of the beds according to the property’s standard sleeping arrangement. A one-off supplement of €10 per stay applies when several guests wish to sleep in separate beds: 2 guests: 2 separate beds 3 guests: 3 separate beds 4 guests: 4 separate beds This supplement remains fixed at €10, regardless of the number of separate beds requested.
