Friendly neighbors, vibrant neighborhood. Bars, park, shopping, Tempelhofer Feld: everything around the corner. The apartment is DIY, artsy, fun, pretty, a little cool and practical. The U7 (Karl-Marx-Str, ca 400m away) takes you to the airport, Kreuzberg and the Ringbahn. Here are some recommendations for the area: Cafe "It's a long story", Villa Rixdorf for traditional German food or Hamy for Asian food or Turkish food at Imren. Paces to go for a run: Tempelhofer Feld or park Hasenheide The space So, there is a bedroom with a bed that slightly higher than usual (double bed) but no steps needed if you're of medium-fitness. The bedroom's window leads into the backyard, where it's quiet unless kids are playing. Since I love kids and have kids, I think it's no problem but probably worth mentioning here... Guest access I live in this apartment with my two sons. We decided to keep the kids' bedroom out of the rental offer to make it easier for our personal stuff to disappear for the duration of our guests' stay. Our guests may use the master bedroom, kitchen and living room/studio space. Please notice that it's more like one large space than separate spaces... Other things to note There are spots that are a little rough (floor) which I like: I think they are pretty. However, if you wear nylon tights, I can't guarantee they won't rip.
