Comfortable, bright and quiet 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a little secret garden. Only 10 minutes by foot away from the main railway and main bus station and only around 15minute walk to the city center! There are shops near the apartment ( Dm, Mercator, Pharmacy) and cafes. If you come with kids there is an amazing playground just 5minutes away by foot. The space The apartment is very cozy and 45 m2, ideal for two people or family with a baby/toddler. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge invites you to prepare your own meal or just make coffee/ tea and there is also a dishwasher.:) There is a queen size bed (180x200 cm)and sofa bed (135x200 cm), tv, dining table and of course free wi fi. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is not too hot, so it is good to spend time in it in summer. The apartment has a little garden in the back, that is perfect for a morning coffee or for a glass of wine at night. Best thing about the apartment is free parking space that comes with it in the garage, so you don’t have to worry about your car. If you come with train, the Main railway station is 5 min away by foot. The apartment is part of a residential building where locals live as well. It is a lived-in home with natural signs of use, as families have lived here before, it is not a newly built or hotel-style property. We offer a cozy, home-like stay, a home away from home, not a hotel experience. Perfect for guests who appreciate warmth, peace, and an authentic local atmosphere. Guest access You are able to access the whole apartment. Other things to note TOURIST TAX: There is a law in Slovenia that we are responsible for informing local police station about tourists that are staying in Slovenia. That is why we will photograph your IDs upon your arrival. There is also a tourist tax for you which is NOT included in the price of your staying and is currently 3.13 EUR / per person / per night. We collect it upon your arrival in the name of the city by law.
