Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with 2 bed/1ba/full kitchen. Make use of the BBQ grill, firepit, and SWIM SPA!! The kitchen table turns into an air hockey/ping pong table! Plenty of parking available. STR permit # P00104 The space There is a queen/twin trundle bed in the front room, a full xl/twin xl/queen bunk bed in the back room, and a couch with a queen hide-a-bed in the back living room in the upstairs unit. Downstairs there is a california king in the master bedroom and two small futon couches that lay completely flat in the living room. [PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes only the top unit is available and sometimes only the bottom unit is available, and sometimes the entire upstairs/downstairs units are available together. Each unit is completely separate with their own entrance. Also, occasionally I will be staying on the bottom or top floor. Please double check which is available at the time of booking. Guest access Sometimes only top unit access, sometimes only bottom unit access, and sometimes top and bottom floor access. There will always be access to the backyard, but will sometimes be shared if I'm there. There is no access to the storage units in backyard or to the master bedroom closet downstairs. There is also a closed off section of the house in the upstairs unit where two cats live. The cats also have access to their outside catio. If you have dogs, please do not allow them loose in the front yard, (especially near the catio). Other things to note Please DO NOT allow your pets to drink from the lake water. There are occasional algal blooms, (a natural phenomenon that can occur with fresh-water lakes), which can be toxic if ingested by pets. Please look up the current status of the lake if you are planning on boating/swimming/fishing, (I am unable to provide a link here due to airbnb restrictions, but you can find updated information by googling "city of lake elsinore lake watch"). The house is fully-fenced so pets are ok to use the backyard safely, (however, there may be a few small holes which very small pets may be able to fit through, so please monitor). There are also sometimes foxtails at the bottom of the property during the summer so please be careful with your pets with those as well. There will be a $200 charge for use of the swim spa if the water is murky/dirty after your stay. Be careful of the sprinklers in the back and front yards. (They are not level with the ground). Please note that this is a pet friendly home and cats and dogs normally live here when not renting it out. You may see a few pet hairs here and there because it's impossible to clean everything. If you have allergies to animals, then unfortunately this might not be the place for you. :/ Lastly, please note that any injuries/illnesses or vehicular accidents that occur on the property are solely the responsibility of the renters.
