Our apartment offers a mix of traditional Austrian charm and modern comfort. The central location allows you to easily explore the sights of the area while you can feel at home on your own terrace. The best is the proximity to Innsbruck, a beautiful city in Tyrol, but also the proximity to Seefeld and other tourist regions for hiking or skiing :) The space Welcome to our rustic apartment in the traditional Austrian style, which stretches over two floors and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. This apartment has a total of three charming bedrooms that can accommodate you and your guests. On the lower floor you will find the largest bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is also located on the lower floor and is fully equipped and offers everything you need for both short and long stays. Our brand new coffee machine is always filled with fresh beans and is at your disposal for the perfect coffee enjoyment. Go to the upper floor where the other two bedrooms are located. In one of the bedrooms you will find two cozy single beds, while the other is equipped with a spacious double bed. Here you can retreat and fully enjoy the well-deserved night's sleep. On the second floor of your apartment you will also find another shower and your own terrace. Each room is equipped with a smart TV, closet and a couch, but you should look at the pictures of the individual rooms because each room is unique. Guest access This apartment extends over two floors which are only used by you. In this house there are 3 separate independent apartments and a separate terrace that is accessible to every guest. Thus, you get 2 keys (one for the house and one for your apartment). This apartment is located on the first floor on the right side. Other things to note Parking/Parken: Public parking (outdoor): 1 minute walk (2 houses further) away is a public car park where you can park for free from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., Sundays and public holidays. Otherwise only a maximum of 1.50 hours at 0.50 cents per half hour. Adress: Kirchstraße 17 (next to) Parking garage (underground, 2,10 High): Adjacent to the public car park (2 minutes walk) is a underground parking garage where we could organize a parking space for you if required at an additional cost. You can stay on this as long as you want. (Please contact me for that).
