The third level has a private queen bedroom with stunning views, as well as a common area with flat screen tv, two twin trundle bed and a fabulous deck with lounge chairs. The garage provides beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. as well as a propane grill. There are two dedicated parking spaces and a guest pass for a third vehicle.
