Large beautiful old town villa in the center of Banská Štiavnica near Klopačka. It is possible to rent the entire villa "AMALIA" or separately the ground floor "AMA" or the floor "LIA". The ground floor "AMA" is for 8 people with a separate entrance. Furnished in the original style of older times (fireplace in each room). A cascading garden behind the villa, with picnic spots and enchanting views. For summer seating, there is a terrace with a canopy and a fireplace for barbecue. Parking for max. 2 cars behind the sliding gate. The space The ground floor "AMA" is furnished in the original style of older times. In each room you will find a fireplace or stove for pleasant moments by a crackling fire. In the "AMA" section on the ground floor, we offer you two cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding a sofa bed. In the living room, you can sleep comfortably on a large sofa bed. In the kitchen you can use a high-quality coffee machine, kettle, microwave, stove with oven and also a historic wood-burning stove, where you can try how our grandmothers cooked. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils - pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and also basic ingredients for preparing food (oil, salt, sugar, spices). In the dining area there is a large dining table where you can enjoy a good meal overlooking the Old Castle or sit in the famous Halabala armchairs with tea. The TV is part of the living area with a sofa, but at the same time we have prepared it separately for you in each bedroom. The ground floor offers a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The comfort is complemented by another separate toilet. In one of the bedrooms you can play the piano, in the other bedroom you will find a cot for the little ones and a work corner. Guest access The ground floor "AMA" can be rented either separately or it is possible to rent the entire villa with the attic "LIA". Both parts have separate entrances. In the case of renting the entire villa "AMALIA", both parts can be connected by opening the internal passage. Behind the accommodation there is a cascading garden with picnic areas, a courtyard and a terrace with a fireplace and seating - common for the whole Villa Amalia.
