Large beautiful old town villa in the center of Banska Stiavnica near Klopačka. It is possible to rent the whole villa "AMALIA" or separately the ground floor "AMA" or "LIA" floor. The ground floor of "AMA" is for 8 people with a separate entrance. Furnished in original style of older times (fireplace in each room). A cascading garden behind the villa, with picnic spots and glamorous views. For summer sitting, there is a patio with awning and a barbecue fireplace. Parking for max 2 cars behind sliding gate. The space The ground floor "AMA" is furnished in the original style of older times. In each room you will find a fireplace or a stove for pleasant moments by the crackling fire. In the "AMA" section on the ground floor, we offer you two cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding a sofa bed. In the living room, you can comfortably sleep on a large sofa bed. In the kitchen you have the opportunity to use a quality coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with oven and also a historical wood stove where you can try how our grandmothers cooked. The kitchen is fully fitted with kitchen items - pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and also the basics for food preparation (oil, salt, sugar, spices). In the dining area there is a large dining table where you can enjoy a good meal with a view of the Old Chateau or sit in the well-known Halabala armchairs with tea. The TV is part of the living area with a sofa, but at the same time we have prepared it for you separately for each bedroom. The ground floor offers a comfortable bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine. An additional separate toilet complements the comfort. In one of the bedrooms you can indulge in the piano, in the second bedroom you will find a crib for the little ones and a work corner. Guest access The ground floor "AMA" can be rented either separately or it is possible to rent the whole villa even with the loft "LIA". Both parts have separate entrances. In case of renting the whole villa "AMALIA", it is possible to connect both parts by opening the inner passage. Behind the accommodation is a cascading garden with picnic areas, a courtyard and a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area - shared by the whole of Villa Amalia.
