Ready to get away? This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is the perfect getaway to live the island life. Sunrise and sunsets just a 1 minute golf cart ride away. Highlights: * 5 minute walk to the beach (1 minute golf cart ride) * 6 person street legal golf cart for rent * Short walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shops * Outdoor chiminea * Propane and charcoal grill *Many beach supplies provided (chairs, coolers, beach canopy etc) * Linens provided * Outdoor shower * Pet friendly The space 3 bedroom 2.5 bath ranch located in a quit neighborhood. A larger ranch with a large living room for unwinding with family after a fun day at the beach. 2.5 bathrooms, towels and wash clothes are provided Washer and dryer located in one of the bathrooms, we'll provide a few washing machine pods. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher, we provide a few dishwasher tabs. Electric skillet, crock pot, blender, microwave and toaster oven. A gas and charcoal grill are also provided. Plenty of plates, silverware, wine glasses and pots and pans. Dining area has seating for 8. (2 chairs located in a bedroom closet). All three bedrooms have queen size mattress, dresser and tv with fire stick for streaming. All new memory foam mattresses in 2023. There are also two air mattresses with an electric pump for your use. We provide all linens and pillows for the beds however do not provide linens or pillows for air mattresses. Living room is large and has a 50" screen tv with a firestick to stream your favorite shows/movies. Plenty of room for your family to hang out together. A 6 person golf cart is available to rent. Please reach out to us for details. We have a lighted outdoor firepit for unwinding at the end of the night. There are small pieces of wood available to burn. Using your best judgment is a must with this as we're close to the ocean and the wind can pick up making it unsafe to use at times. We provide many beach goodies! Boogie boards, beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach canopy and even some toys for the kids. IF you stay with us you'll only need to bring your clothes, toiletries and beach towels as we have pretty much everything covered for you to enjoy your stay. We look forward to hosting you!
