It is located in the trendy Lend district, known for its many charming bars, restaurants, shops and the daily farmers' market. The space In bedroom 1 of the newly renovated and quiet apartment there is a 1.8 x 2.0 m double bed (can also be set up as two single beds), a direct connection leads to a spacious bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a wide single bed, a large wardrobe and has a French balcony. In the second bathroom there is a shower, a sink and a toilet. The new designer kitchen is impressive and is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware including an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living/dining room leads directly to the balcony with wonderful views of the Schlossberg. The room is equipped with a round dining table, the pull-out sofa bed and a small desk. A supermarket and other shopping facilities as well as the bus stop and taxi stand are very close. If you arrive by car, you can optionally book the underground parking space in the house. If you like to explore the city on foot, you can easily reach Lendplatz in 20 minutes and the main square along the Mur via a pleasant walk in half an hour. The apartment is continuously accessible from the underground parking lot to all rooms, so it is ideal if you or your companion have problems climbing steps or are dependent on a wheelchair.
