For our friends that like to fish, Lake Hartwell is home to some of the best fishing in the area. There are year round fishing tournaments or you can explore this beautiful lake and fish on your own. This property is within a few minutes of two boat ramps and you can also be at a Bass Master boat ramp in about 10 minutes. We also have an additional free parking spot for a boat trailer located on the property. We are within minutes of two marinas (one with a restaurant and gas). If you don't own a boat or jetski and want to rent one, we can get you in contact with a company that offers rentals and has convenient pickup and drop off locations close to the property. If you just want to swim and enjoy the lake, TUGALOO STATE PARK is minutes away and offers a public beach, swimming, and a boat ramp. For Racing fans, we are centrally located to LAVONIA SPEEDWAY, TOCCOA RACEWAY, and ANDERSON MOTOR SPEEDWAY. We also offer an additional free parking space on the property, for your racing trailer. And if you like to have a beer or a glass of wine, there are many great BREWERIES and WINERIES that are just a short drive from the guest house. Convenient to I-85 and centrally located, you can be in any of these cities within 6 minutes to about 30 minutes: LAVONIA, HARTWELL, TOCCOA, SENECA ANDERSON, and CLEMSON. And, GREENVILLE is about a 45 minute drive. Guests may access the entire guest house and patio but do not have access to the garage. There are two free parking spaces in the driveway.
