Our One Bedroom Apartment is conveniently located near Downtown Lexington; University of Kentucky, Transylvania, Thoroughbred Park, The Legacy Trail, Restaurants, Fine Dining & Nightlife. It is a Guest Favorite for many travel nurses! They call it their favorite tucked away spot. Martine’s Pastry conveniently located next door. Walk-able to nearby yoga studios, Historic Lyric Theater, Cup of Commonwealth Coffee Shop & Carson's Steakhouse. Approximately, 5 miles from I-75\I-64. The space Entire (1) bedroom apartment. Large bedroom with open concept living room/kitchen area. Spacious bathroom off large hallway that leads from the living room/kitchen to the bedroom. Guest access The entire (1) bedroom apartment. Laundry is located in the main hallway of the building. Secured entryway. Other things to note Bedroom faces the street. If you are sensitive to noise I do have a fan located in the bedroom closet as well as a noise maker. If a fan or noise maker don’t work for you, I recommend bringing ear plugs or headphones while you sleep if you are very sensitive. I have found sleeping with the fan on high works perfect for myself.
