PLEASE read the entire description below before booking The space KiT3 is located on the ground floor, and has a bedroom combined with a living room and kitchen, ideal for those who need to cook something quick or not spend hours cleaning the house. IMPORTANT: The walls of this Kit are thinner and you can hear noise through it if the building is full of guests, constantly passing through the hallway. If that bothers you, please look at another kitnet on our list. KiT3 is situated in a prime and safe location, 1 min from the largest supermarket in the city, Supermercado Da Praça, 3 min from the Events Square and Beco das Garrafas, and 5 min from Praia do Centro. KIT3 HAS: 1 Double bed Wardrobe TV (with 5 channels) Wi-Fi Air-conditioned Ceiling fan Fridge 2-burner electric stove *Pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery (the basics for up to 2 people) Shared service area with washer and dryer Parking only in front of the building, with a quiet neighborhood, and a very safe place. Guests must BRING BEDDING AND BATH LINEN, but if they wish to use ours at an extra cost, they must book as soon as they make the reservation, upon advance payment (depending on availability) of R$100 for 1 or 2 people.
