Our villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: air conditioners, underfloor heating, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, WI-FI, TV, pool and free parking. The colourful view from this villa terraces overlooking the Bay of Kotor will leave no one indifferent. The space The villa features a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for guests. The house includes a staircase leading to the second floor. Additionally, guests can enjoy the outdoor amenities, which include a terrace, an inner courtyard with a garden, and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. We ask that you dispose of your trash and refrain from leaving any waste in the apartment upon your departure. - Used Towels: Before you check out, please gather all used towels and place them in the bathroom. This will facilitate the cleaning process for our staff and ensure readiness for the next guests. - Dishwashing: We kindly request that you wash the dishes after use to maintain an orderly and clean kitchen environment. After washing, please return clean dishes to their designated places.
