This 35 acre property has 3 individual buildings with amazing mountain views, star gazing and true tranquility. Please contact me for special event support, rates, etc. Certain functions/receptions can be hosted here for a small additional charge. Other things to note **Note - this property is shut down from October 1st - April 1st due to unpredictable winter weather and so your booking in these dates will be automatically declined. If you are interested in renting the property for two week or more during the winter, please message me as special plowing arrangements can be made. Please be advised that you may become snowed in and snowshoes or snow machines are the only guaranteed way out. It is really fun to be at the property in the winter, but special arrangements need to be made. ***Additional Note - This is a remote mountain property, not the Four Seasons Downtown:) We make every effort to have all buildings in great shape for your arrival, but even in a short few days after a cleaning things can happen, such as.......In bad years there can be A LOT of miller moths. The shop vac is your best friend, but they can be everywhere. It is very season and moisture dependent. There are also mice that can and do get in the properties. You may encounter mic droppings in some areas. Again, the shop vac is your best friend in these instances. It is a very clean and very cozy property, but they are "dated" as far as the overall vibe. I tell you all this to ensure that your expectations can be met and you have a great stay, not to freak you out. I have just had some guests become upset at these two items above specifically. The reality is, its a cabin in the middle of nowhere, and the realities are just what they are!
