Located just a few minutes' walk above Lake Garda on the slope, the elaborately restored, old Rustico extends with a fantastic view over Lake Garda. The sunny and quiet property is located in the historic upper district of Fasano. The fully air-conditioned vacation home with pool is very spacious on two levels and has been renovated with designer furniture in the Mediterranean style in 2024. The space House: "Piu Bella Casa" / Gardone Riviera – Fasano di sopra / Quiet location / 500 m to the lake / Old Rustico / 6 people / 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / Pool: Not heated. Only usable in high season from June to the end of September at the latest. Depending on the weather, it can also be used in May. Living/dining: Light-flooded large living room with designer sofa, large solid wood table with Vitra chairs. A stylish gas fireplace spreads cozy warmth in the non-summer months. Noble, fully equipped kitchen, with large gas stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machines, electric water/tea maker and toaster are of course included. Sleeping: Upstairs are three double bedrooms with purist sustainably manufactured double beds and tasteful interior, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms with shower, rain shower, vanity, towel dryer and hair dryer, one with additional bidet. On the ground floor there is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Multimedia: Three smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, free Internet access via Wi-Fi. Exterior: - Spacious outdoor area above the house with pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area. The pool can be used in the season from June to the end of September (pictures follow). With a warm spring and not so much sensitivity to cold, the non-heatable pool can also be used from May. -Two small balconies with tables and chairs, an indoor patio surrounded by lemon trees with a cozy sitting area and deck chair. Other: - Available are: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. - A hotel safe is provided for valuables. - With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in our property. - A well-behaved dog is allowed free of charge after prior registration Note: -The house is a few hundred meters above the lake on a steep slope. Even uphill, the accommodation is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes for the more athletic. If you like it more comfortable or are not so good at walking, you can of course also take the car. - The old upper center of the village at the house is sometimes very narrow. Parking is available at the house, which can also be reached with a very large SUV. For less courageous drivers, another large parking lot is available about 100 meters below the house.
