Welcome to this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home beautifully situated in the heart of central Lakeland--perfect for families or couples visiting the area. It comfortably sleeps 5 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short distance away from beautiful Lake Somerset. It's a great area for taking walks. Close to Cleveland Heights Golf Course, Lake Hollingsworth with walking/running trail; Lake Mirror with the beautiful Hollis Gardens and a wonderful view of the city; Lake Morton with Lakeland's famous swans, ducks and geese; Parks, Tennis, Restaurants, Shopping, Library, as well as the beautiful Florida Southern College & Southeastern University, and SO MUCH more. In addition, Lakeland hosts the Sun 'n Fun Fly In Airshow every Spring and then there’s the Detroit Tigers Spring Training as well. You’ll have close and easy access to I-4 (via the Parkway) to help get you to many beaches, Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Legoland, Universal Studios, water parks, as well as many other attractions in Florida! You will have full access to the house, and the backyard, including the back screened in patio, which has comfortable furniture to sit back, relax, and enjoy the warm Florida weather! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom #2 has a double/full bed, and bedroom #3 has a twin bed. There is also a carport in which to park your vehicle. I am available for assistance during your stay, and will provide as much (or as little) information/interaction as you might need while you are visiting. I live within a 30 minute drive of the home, and can meet you upon your arrival, but only if you're interested in meeting me! I am mindful and considerate of my guests' privacy and will respond, based on your requests and needs. Please keep in mind, I provide my guests with the essentials to get you started (4 rolls toilet paper, 2 rolls paper towels, 2 trial size shampoo and 2 body wash), and I try to make sure you have a little bit of everything you may need during your visit, however guests are responsible for any further necessities needed. * Absolutely NO smoking! * Absolutely NO parties! * ALL PETS need to be pre-approved. * You'll want to plan your stay as if you were at a hotel. You'll need to bring your own groceries and other necessities during your stay. The refrigerator will be cleaned and empty. I try to provide some coffee and a welcome basket with some water & some snacks, but it's best to bring your own.
