We have 1 equipped bathroom and 1 kitchen with all the necessary utensils. It has 12000 btu inverter air conditioning. Two bedrooms, 1 single bed and another double bed. The entrance from the street is through an electric gate. The house is private and totally independent, it has a very large patio, eaves for car.
