The accommodation offers a king size bed, a full size sofa sleeper, 50 inch flat screen TV, large bathroom, laundry and private entrance. The space is ideal for 2 people looking for a luxurious getaway or for longer, family stays. Please note that this is non-smoking/vaping property. The space Chateau Calcaire is a French style maison set behind black wrought iron gates and mature landscaping. It's unique limestone façade and Haussmann style architecture are characteristic of Paris and the grand chateaus in the Medoc region of France. Manicured gardens and bronze art works have been carefully inserted into the natural environment to offer reflection and interest.The quiet and private living areas are accessed by stairs. Please note, those with difficulties negotiating stairs may not be suited for this accommodation. Guest access Located 5 min from MNP Centre and H2O Aquatic Centre, families can gain access to one of Kelowna's largest sports complex offering swimming, ice skating, soccer, gym and hiking trails. If wine touring is what you're looking for, Summer Hill Pyramid, St Hubertus, Martin's Lane and Cedar Creek Family Estate wineries are a short 5, 12 and 18 minute drive up Lakeshore Road. You will be able to enjoy a variety of gastronomic options like Pyramid Bistro or Home Block Restaurant at Cedar Creek. If rest and relaxation are more your style, you can stop at one of several beaches along the way or venture a bit further to waterfront Bertram Creek Provincial Park for a picnic. Other things to note Chateau Calcaire is an exclusive property with access through a secured electric gate. Please bring your access information with you to open the gate upon arrival. The gate is self closing and, should you exit the property, you will be required to enter the gate code to re-enter. Vaping and smoking are not permitted within the unit nor on the grounds. We appreciate your consideration. The safety and security of our guests is of utmost importance to us. We request that you do not share the gate code with others nor allow anyone to enter the property when the gate is open. As an extra layer of protection, there are security cameras monitoring the front driveway, gate area, front door, breezeway and rear patio.
