The space The very spacious and bright apartment is located on the third floor of a Venetian palace, in a quiet area away from the big tourist flows. The Rio view of the S.S. Apostles, the Magical roofs of Venice and a glimpse of the wonderful bell tower of St. Mark's make it unique! It consists of a large living room elegantly furnished, including marbles, precious decorations, beautiful paintings and fine furniture. The salon has a balcony overlooking the canal and an incredible, unique panoramic view of Venice. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with an elegant table where you can spend beautiful moments in the company of your friends and relatives. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mocha and complete set of utensils. The sleeping area consists of a large and bright master bedroom elegantly furnished with antique furniture and fine damask fabrics in shades of green. A second double bedroom with beautiful gold fabrics, also scrupulously furnished to make you relive the splendor of the Venetian republic. The two renovated and very comfortable bathrooms have a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, bath shower, and body lotion. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free ultra-fast Wi-Fi. It comes with linens and towels and has a modern washing machine with built-in dryer. The building, being old, does not have an elevator but, for a fee, you can request a "porterage" service, which will accompany you and carry your luggage all the way into the apartment. Of note are the "ancorette portafurtuna," at the side of the house, according to the scaramantic ritual they are to be touched so as to have good luck in Venice, there are only four in all of Venice! If you arrive by car, a 10% discount is available for all our guests at the San Marco garage, the most convenient and close to the house! Additional benefit of staying at our property, is the opportunity to take a free tour to Murano to visit a famous glass factory. The free tour includes a private one-way cab from a nearby partner hotel and a visit with demonstration by a master glassmaker, a unique experience! The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is a lively area full of typical restaurants, bars, tobacconists, markets, pharmacies, ATMs, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, and enjoys a prime location within walking distance of all the major attractions in Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and is particularly recommended for those who wish to totally immerse themselves in an atmosphere of Serenissima Venezianità!
