No third-party bookings are permitted. 👥🚫 Occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests. No unregistered visitors are allowed on the property at any time. ⚠️ The home is not childproofed-steep & open staircase, deck with steel railings, fragile decor, outdoor features without barriers, unrestricted outdoor hazards 🛣️ Please note the access road is narrow, which is common in mountain areas. Confident & attentive drivers should have no trouble navigating the drive safely 🛡️ For guest privacy, security cameras are limited to the front door (used only for package deliveries) and two exterior cameras monitoring the driveway. There are no cameras on the patio or back deck Strict Prohibitions 🚫 No Parties 🐾 No Pets 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home 🐞 In the mountains we are surrounded by nature, seasonal insects are common in spring and summer. While we maintain regular pest control, bugs are part of mountain living. 🛀 HOT TUB - we work diligently to keep it maintained however due to situations outside of our control, there are times when we are unexpectedly forced to drain and refill the tub and it may take extra time to reheat for the next guest. This happens rarely, but we like to manage expectations to avoid disappointment should that happen during your stay ❄️ WINTER STORM - On the rare occasions that our area experiences a winter storm, access to the cabin may be somewhat more challenging due to snow or ice. Such events are infrequent, Snow generally does not remain on the ground for long, as daytime temperatures tend to be warmer. During periods of inclement weather, we recommend using an all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle and, if necessary, tire chains. Please note that these precautions are only required under adverse weather conditions.Again this may be needed only during inclement weather
