The space The unit has a double-height living room with huge glass windows to enable you to soak in Goa’s tropical climate. The upper-level bedroom has a TV, attached bathroom, private balcony, landline, water/food cooling station and music at your voice-command. The lower-level bedroom, has a common bathroom plus the living-cum-dining area and kitchen are on the same floor. Thus, each level of this duplex apartment is a cocoon of privacy in itself. With just eight blocks of three luxury apartments each, more than half of the area at this gated estate has been dedicated to landscaped gardens and grass-adorned lanes. It includes - WIFI available in all the rooms. - A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans.
