In the middle of the Wendland, this place invites you to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located in a historic farmhouse from 1847 and was completely renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. Ground level, on 111 square meters, this apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. The farmhouse is located in a Rundling surrounded by listed buildings and a lot of nature. The space The 111 sqm apartment in a historic farmhouse has two bedrooms, an open living and dining area and a large kitchen. The 60 sqm living and dining area is located in the former threshing floor of the farmhouse and offers a unique view of the historic Rundling, through the threshing floor gate. From the threshing floor you enter the open and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island, which invites you to cook and linger together. Guests can end the evening on their own terrace. In winter, the underfloor heating warms the travertine floor and the tiled stove invites you to cozy evenings on the sofa. In the bedroom there is a king-size (180 x 200) bed and a spacious old farmhouse wardrobe, which also makes longer stays possible. In the guest bedroom, there is a queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200), which can also be used as a TV room, where guests can stream their favorite content on the smart TV. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally suited for couples or small families. If you want to come with more than 2 people, please let us know so that the sofa bed in the guest room can be prepared. For children from the age of 2, we will prepare the guest room. Please provide the number of people and the age of your children when booking. In the bathroom is a spacious walk in shower. Both the bedroom and the kitchen lead to the garden and terrace. Guest access The apartment and the adjacent outdoor facilities are available for guests. In the garden, the terrace invites you to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee or breakfast, while the protected square in front of the threshing floor overlooking the Rundling invites you to end the evening. In the neighborhood, we do not have fences and respect the privacy of others. Other things to note The apartment can be booked for up to 4 guests. The price per night is for 4 guests. Children from the age of 2 are considered guests. Infants under 2 years of age who still sleep with their parents or in the travel bed will not be charged as a guest. Please indicate the number of people and age of the children at the time of booking so that we can prepare the bed in the second room and possibly set up a travel bed.
