Amenities galore include: quartz counters, washer/dryer, West Elm sleeper sofa, gas range, electric fireplace, 55 inch smart TV, outdoor shower, outdoor TV, covered patios, shared backyard with the front house includes fire features, pool/spa, putting green, private entrance and driveway. The space Open Living room/kitchen layout, one bedroom (Queen bed) and bathroom off of front entry so if 3 or 4 guests then you don’t have to go through bedroom to use the bathroom Guest access Private Casita and front. Shared backyard with front house includes: fire features, pool/hot tub, putting green, gazebo Other things to note The casita has a private driveway, access and is fully detached, but it does share the pool, backyard and patio with our main house. My husband, two kids, myself and friendly Boston Terrier live in the main house. If traveling during the warmer months you may also see our Desert Tortoise in her enclosure next to the casita. Pool is available all year but is not heated. Also note that our pool is not separately fenced off and not to be used by minors without adult supervision. Please note our unit is one level but our yard has some stairs. Guests agree to hold hosts harmless from any injuries that may result from use of pool and yard.
