Quiet Cozy Country setting with privacy, plenty of parking and nature trails on our property. Only 10 minutes away from Salisbury Md, 30 minutes away from Assateague & Ocean city Md. Things to do shopping, beach days, hiking, boating, farmers markets, great eateries OC wasabi, Plaza Tapatia, Brew River, Tales Tails. We live across the driveway in the main house with our four legged son who loves to meet and greet. There are cameras on the property for our convenience and our guest! The space The Guest House is very quant, the downstairs being the main floor includes, the master bedroom, open concept Living room, kitchen the bathroom is off the kitchen with a combination tub/shower. The hallway coming into the Guest House leads to the stairway to the right that has two bedrooms. The second floor has two beds, on the left side the other on the right of the stairway. Open concept layout! There is table and two chairs for having a nighttime snack in the larger room with the TV. There is a small table and chair on the other end of the room for sitting, reading or having coffee. Enjoy!!! All the rooms are furnished to feel like the comfort of your own home!
