Fantastic modern, light-filled end-of-terrace family house in quiet street behind the busy Essex road in super central location! Our house is on three floors, with an open kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first, one with ensuite shower, and two offices and a third bedroom on the third floor including a full bath. The house also has a small patio with dining table and barbecue. Our furniture is mostly vintage/modern, and the kitchen fully equipped. The space This is our family home, with mostly vintage furniture. It is a modern ex-council flat built in the 1970s, with double windows and a beautiful red linoleum floor throughout. Everything is set up to live there comfortably, with a fully equipped kitchen, with all gadgets that you may need (blender, kenwood kitchen machine, full set of pots and pans, full set of plates and glasses and cutlery. There is also a all kinds of foods that you are free to use (rice, pasta, oils and vinegars, spices) , you just need to re-stock. On the ground floor there is a toilet as well. On the second floor, the adult bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the top floor there is a proper bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms have high specced modern minimalist flair. You are free to use all appliances in our house, including the washing machine and the dishwasher. We also have an excellent vintage espresso machine that you are welcome to use. We have two little children, so the house is super child friendly, with two high chairs that you can use, as well as many other things you need with little children (note there is no more baby bed in the house). We rent our house for up to 5 people (but only 4 adults). You can either use it as a family place and put two small children together in the childrens room, or you can use one office and the guest bedroom on the top floor to accomoodate up to 4 adults in three different bedrooms, if you rent the place as a group of friends or a family with bigger children. Guest access You can use all rooms, but we ask you not to open our drawers and cupboards in the bedrooms and offices. If you have children, we are happy if you use our toys, but we expect you to tidy up. Other things to note Please do not bring pets. Please do not smoke in the house. You are free to smoke in the back garden or in front of the house. Please do not make excessive noise, we have neighbours.
