Pensacola Beach Gulf Breeze Canal Bungalow

Located twelve Minutes from the white sandy beaches of Pensacola Beach....this two story, one bedroom bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood. The back deck sits over the canal water of the Pensacola Bay. Bring your Kayaks and Paddle boards! Perfect for boaters or fisherman who enjoy being able to hop on your boat from your own private dock. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Etc. While children are always welcome, this rental may not be ideal for small children due to the stairs and the water. The space Two story, one bedroom canal front guesthouse located on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan with bedroom located upstairs and has one queen size bed and one full size futon bed. The bathroom is also located upstairs. Shower only(no tub available). Downstairs living area contains a sleeper sofa, love seat, Dining table with four chairs, Snack bar with three stools, TV with Cable and WiFi. Kitchen is fully stocked with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, stove, oven, toaster oven. Washer/Dryer combo. Guest access Guests have full access to entire Guesthouse, carport area, and guesthouse deck area. Other things to note There is an abundance of wildlife located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Wildlife I have personally seen in my canal are: snakes, crabs, stingrays, fish, jellyfish, heron, ducks, pelicans, dolphins. Gators and Manatees have been reported by neighbors. Wildlife often seen in the neighborhood are raccoons, opossums, squirrels, armadillos, foxes, coyotes, snakes, lizards, black bears, and abundance of different birds. Pensacola is home to the blue Angels. Occasionally, we will get lucky and the Blue Angels will fly right over top of our house. You will know if it was the Blue Angels... they are super loud! We 💙 our Blues! Swimming is allowed in the canal. While I personally do not swim in the canal (only because I like to see below me) lots of people do swim. If you bring a boat...please note that (at this time), we do not offer any dock padding or boat bumpers. You will be responsible for bringing all the items needed to secure your boat to the dock. We have a neighborhood boat ramp that is available upon request. Items available to use are: two kayaks (life vests in some sizes), one paddle boat, two fishing poles with tackle (bring your own bait), crab trap, mini Nintendo system, board games, smart TV with apps.
