Kindly message us to make the arrangements. The clearance height of the driveway is 2.1 meters. Vehicles exceeding this height are not allowed to enter the parking premises. Illegal parking is strictly prohibited and shall be subject to a penalty of ₱3,000.00. Kindly use only your assigned parking slot during the valid parking period. The Parking Pass must be returned upon exiting the parking premises or upon the expiration of its validity period. Failure to do so may result in a penalty. 🌧️ Typhoon & Weather-Related Policy We understand that unexpected weather events, such as typhoons, can affect travel plans. To ensure clarity and fairness, please take note of our weather-related cancellation and rebooking policy: ✅ Cancellations & Rebookings Due to Typhoons If PAGASA officially raises a Signal No. 2 or higher over our property's location on the day of your check-in, we will allow: Free rebooking to another available date (within 1 month). No cancellation fee, but the reservation becomes non-refundable (rebooking only). For bookings with Signal No. 1 or no official warning, our standard cancellation policy applies. 📅 Standard Cancellation Policy Free cancellation or full refund is allowed up to 5 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. 🚫 No-Show Policy If a guest does not arrive without prior notice and no valid reason (such as an official typhoon signal), the booking will be considered a no-show, and the payment will be forfeited. 📌 Important Reminders Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate travel disruptions.
