Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Cozy fully furnished apartment in the quaint small town of West Grove. The space First floor includes the living room and eat in kitchen, plus a full bathroom just off the kitchen. Second floor is the bedroom and a small desk to be used as a workspace. There is no bathroom on the second floor. PLEASE NOTE: The spiral stairway is the only way to access the bedroom Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The washer and dryer is in a shared space and is also available for guests to use. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front porch, which is also a shared space. Other things to note West Grove is part of the region known as ‘The Mushroom Capital of the U.S.’ where about 60% of our nation’s mushrooms are grown. While this is a really cool fact, the bi-product of this is that there are occasionally some undesirable odors. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to bad smells.
