Our Beach House

Relax with the family and unwind. The ocean just outside your front door, listening to the waves and abundant bird life. Occasional Koala and echidna wander through our garden. Our three bedroom home, with a beach track to the beach, community tennis court, BBQ and covered viewing deck for lunches and whale spotting. Swimming beaches near by, cafes, 5mins to Laurieton, 25mins to Port Macquarie. Fishing, swimming, walking trails, bike hire nearby. The space Level house, easy access. No stairs. We have 3 bedrooms: 2x double beds, 1 x queen bed. Linen and towels provided, 1000 thread count sheets. Koala pillows, Soft/firm, and Koala Cloud. Lounge room, 3 seater + 2 seater lounge, 2 x bean bags. Corner chair. Full kitchen, coffee machine, slow cooker, family size fridge and freezer. Six seat dining table + 2 stools at breakfast bench. Laundry, washing machine & dryer, Iron and ironing board. Cleaning products. 2 bathrooms, (ensuite and main) Bath tub. Covered Outdoor area with pull out lounge for a lazy afternoon siesta. Outdoor servery/breakfast bar, perfect for morning brunch. Fun pool table, large screen TV, Wifi. PS2 with games. Books, cards and board games. Guest access Whole house with garage Other things to note Our Beach House is part of a beautiful community estate.
