Other things to note 1. Lost of Access Card & Keys - RM500. 2. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment or building. If there is a smoking scent in the room or common area, a fine of RM300 will be applied. 3. The unit and the entire building are completely off-limits to durian. If there is a scent of durian in the room, a fine of RM 300 will be applied. 4. Outside the room, trash placement IS NOT ALLOWED. You must dispose off your trash in the refuse room with the well-packed garbage bag (please refer to the map behind the main door). A penalty of RM 300 will be imposed if the rules is being breached. 6. Refundable Security Deposit of RM300 is required upon check-in. If any of the rules mentioned above are broken, a fine of RM 300 will be applied. If there are any violations, the building management office has the authority to collect the fine.
