Wild Valley Cottage!-Historical Schoolhouse

Step back in time to this nationally registered historic, 1928 former schoolhouse! The schoolhouse was converted into a 2 bedroom, 3/4 bathroom cottage with an updated kitchen and bath! Hand-stained refinished old growth fir flooring and original windows that overlook the gorgeous Sol Duc Valley where you will see the Roosevelt elk grazing in the field below! Wake up to stunning sunrises that peak between the mountains to the east. Easy to find off 101 and centrally located for a peaceful stay! The space The Space: -Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed. Each room has a standing clothing rack and nightstands with lamps that have cell phone charging capabilities. -Living Room: The living room features a three-person couch, two chairs, a large Amazon Fire TV, and an electric fireplace. -Dining Room: 4-person table, cocktail bar set, games, and kid toys -Kitchen: Full refrigerator with full cookware, silverware, salt + pepper, oven, sink, and drying rack. The Keurig coffee maker is also equipped with coffee pods, sugar, tea, and creamers. Inside the cabinet, you will find dishes, glasses, additional spices, and amenities. Under the sink, there are cleaning supplies for guests to use as well. -Bathroom: Full stand-up shower, shampoo+conditioner+body wash, towels, handsoap, sink, toilet *The owners of the cottage do live on-site in the fellow schoolhouse and do share the driveway. *Fire TV CODE: 18119 (no purchases allowed) Guest access Entire cottage Other things to note 3 brand new mini split heat pumps!
