Lovely & quiet 4BR family home in Zone 1

This is our fabulous 4 bedroom family home in the heartbeat of London. We are a stones throw from Waterloo station, the Tate modern, Southbank, National Theatre and Borough market. We are located on a safe & quiet pedestrian street and have 4 bedrooms over 3 floors with a private back patio area which leads onto a peaceful communal garden. The space The house is spread over 3 floors so you need to be ok with stairs! The ground floor has the family living room with smart TV - we have all the channels and Disney plus we are happy for guests to use. There is a WC as well as utility room with washing machine (no dryer), airing cupboard and then a open plan kitchen dining area leading onto the patio at the back. We have seating for up to 10 people as our table extends and we are set up for children with a high chair and kids plates ans cutlery. We have two boys and all their toys & books are available for guests to use. Having access to the private secure communal garden at the back is great to help them run off energy :) On the 1st floor are the office single bedroom, twin room and large guest room which also has a living room area. We use this as our Lego room but also good for extra space to spread out suitcases. The top floor is the Master suite with King bed and large en suite bathroom. We have AC in all bedrooms. Guest access You have the whole property Other things to note We are happy to have kids of all ages but please note we do not have any safety precautions in the house (no stair gates etc…). I have some saved toys too for 0-12months I can leave Also, please note this is our full Time home so we do have personal photos and items around the house we won’t be packing away. We leave hanging space and bedside tables free for use and plenty of chargers and plugs for use. We want you to relax and enjoy what we have!
