Immersed in the tranquillity of a panoramic hill in Fegina, in the western part of Monterosso al Mare, this apartment combines the charm of history with modern comfort, creating a timeless atmosphere. The location is ideal: a few steps from the beaches of Fegina, with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding park, perfect for exploring Monterosso and the Cinque Terre with tranquillity. All environments are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season. The interiors preserve the noble elegance of the 19th century, with original frescoes, Genoese mosaic floors and carefully curated furnishings. The apartment has five bedrooms, each with its own chromatic and stylistic identity: four double rooms and one double room with a single sofa bed. Some rooms overlook the sea, others the lush green of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and washing machine, while the three modern bathrooms with shower offer comfort and functionality.
