Guesthouse in Colorado Springs

This guesthouse sits on a creek in the little known Rock Creek Canyon. Renovations were completed in June 2023 and updates include a new bathroom and Tuft & Needle mattress. The property is a little over a mile off Rt 115 and is a perfectly tranquil place to rest up for your adventures. Cheyenne Mountain State Park is 8 minutes away, and North Cheyenne Cañon, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor area, downtown and Old Colorado City are all only 15-20 minutes away. The space This is a 296 sq ft guesthouse located next to the main house. It includes a queen size bed, chairs and small dining table, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. We have ENO hammocks up on the hill in the trees above the creek, perfect for relaxing. The canyon is also a great place for seasonal bird watchers. Guest access Guests have access to the porch outside the guesthouse, and are invited to explore the creek and mountain directly behind. Beyond that is private property that may not be trespassed. Other things to note Please note that there is only one space for parking. We cannot accommodate additional vehicles or trailers.
